Warehouse Associate
Warehouse Associate
Southwest Warehouse Services is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. This position supports daily cold storage, product handling, and shipping operations in a fast-paced refrigerated and frozen warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse
- Pick and stage orders for shipping and distribution
- Assist with receiving, inventory, and warehouse organization
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed
- Follow all safety, quality, and temperature-control procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in refrigerated and frozen environments
- Ability to lift, move, and carry products safely
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience is a plus
